Welcome to our initial Refinery/Tank Farm/Crude Decontamination Facility Project, where innovation meets sustainability. HGI is in the final stages of breaking ground on this transformative project, which is a total rehabilitation and rebuild of the refinery. Our commitment to utilizing decontaminated crude oil and capturing 100% of emissions ensures a cleaner and more responsible approach to energy production.

HGI will be initially adding 350+ jobs for the construction phase and 75+ permanent jobs, providing significant employment opportunities for the local community. All permanent employees will receive a living wage based on the local cost of living and a significant benefits package, including profit sharing. Our personnel are the backbone of our operations, and without them, we would not be able to achieve our goals. This project will have a substantial positive impact on the local economy, boosting businesses, services, and infrastructure development.

Our initial focus is on getting our tank farm and asphalt plant up and operational, setting the foundation for a strong and sustainable infrastructure. These critical components will pave the way for the full-scale refining operations.

HGI is also adding a state-of-the-art Crude Decontamination Facility to bring toxin-free, clean crude to the market. This cutting-edge addition will ensure that the crude entering our refinery, and the broader market is free from harmful contaminants, further advancing our mission for cleaner energy.
